    Roles & Responsibilities

    • The first thing mentioned in the Investor Relationsrole is maintaining a proper Investor Relations (IR) plan and upgrading as per requirement.
    • Comprehensive and competitive analysis of different financial models/financial tools/metrics, etc.
    • Training and development programs with company spokespersons at regular intervals.
    • Ensuring a proper database of clients
    • Liaise internally with the Sales team, CS team, and Fund Accounting teams.
    • Propose and develop department-wide operational improvementsin consultation with the other managers
    • Communicateour client’s unique vision and investment process to institutional investors
    • Effectively position our client as a differentiated provider of investment solutions
    • Partner with relationship managers to provide exceptional clientservice
    • Attend and host meetings and calls with current and prospectiveinvestors
    • Collaborate closely with colleagues across Investor Relations,Client Portfolio Management, and investment teams on a broad range of client-relatedefforts
    • Regularly tracking investors’ perceptions and queries, conveying the same to the management, and resolving any discrimination if they arise.
    • Assisting indealing with analyst and investor queries

    Required Skills Set:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with a variety of personalities and positions.
    • Ability to convert complex financial information into understandabletext.
    • Ability to analyze and improve opportunities forinvestors.
    • Experience in handling the team
    • At least 3+ years of relations management experience are required.

    Education and Experience:
    Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Corporate Communications, Business, or related field required.
