- You are also required to submit the encumbrance certificate to show that there is no encumbrance remaining on the property.

There is no online procedure for changing the name on Patta. You can make an offline application for the change in the name by following the procedure provided:
- Visit the Taluk or Village Administration Office of your locality
- Fill Patta transfer form by providing the required details and submit the form.
Your amended Patta certificate shall be provided within a period of 15-30 days from the date of application for the change in ownership name on the Patta certificate.
